Anderson are organic.O.P Anderson Original: O.P. Anderson Original Aquavit is Sweden's oldest and most sold aquavit, the natural aquavit of choice for the Swedish party table. It is spiced with caraway, anise and fennel suiting savory dishes. It has been aged in oak for a minimum of 6 months which gives it a light yellow colour and makes it the optimal aquavit for both cocktails & food pairing. O.P. Anderson Klar: O.P. Anderson Klar Aquavit was launched as the perfect snaps to accompany fish and shellfish. Its base consists of a smaller dose of O.P. Anderson Original Aquavit which provides notes of caraway, aniseed and fennel. However, the two main flavourings are dill seed and lemon, which give the aquavit its clear colour. O.P. Anderson Petronella: O.P. Anderson Petronella is our lower-abv drink flavoured with the traditional O.P. Anderson spices - caraway, aniseed, and fennel.​ Organic Apple must gives the drink its fruitfulness and brings alcohol percentage down to 30%. Also, we did give this a bit of an extra push of caraway compared to the O.P. Anderson Original. We do love caraway, mmmmmhm, caraway! The name of the drink comes from Mrs. Petronella, wife of Olof Peter Anderson, who originally founded the distillery in Gothenburg in Sweden.
